Customers from those states will be emailed the shipping cost details for approval before the order is shipped. We use U.S. Postal Priority shipping for APO and FPO addresses only. GENERAL ORDERING INORMATION
Read your email often. We will usually contact you by email if there are any backorders, or other problems with your order, so check it often. Check your phone answering machine for any messages about your order we may have left.
Double check your order information to prevent any delays in processing. Always wait for your order to be delivered to you before you make appointments at your local shop for installation. While some of our products can be installed by the vehicles owner, we recommend installation by a trained and qualified mechanic.
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and some parts of Alaska may be subject to additional freight charges not shown on your order due to having to be shipped via air freight. We will contact you if this is the case with your order. We ship by two methods. United States Postal Priority (averages three mailing days after the item has been shipped) and U.P.S. ground (averages 1-7 shipping days depending on where the order is shipped to.)
STORE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. RETURNING AN ITEM: Please call in your return so that we may process it quickly for you.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS: Products that are defective are returnable for replacement or refund of the product only. The customer must pay all shipping charges. Shipping / boxing / handling costs are not refundable. Spider Performance Automotive will either replace the product if it is defective or refund the cost of the product only. The return shipping costs are the customers responsibility and are not refundable. Be sure to insure your return with the shipping company. If when returning a product it is lost or damaged in transit, it is the shipping companies responsiblity. Shipping costs of a replacement product will be charged to your credit card.
FOR ALL OTHER RETURNS: A restocking and handling fee of 25% of the products price will be deducted from your total refund. No returns allowed after 30 days from invoice date. The customer must pay all shipping charges. All return shipping / boxing / handling costs are the customers responsiblity and are not refundable. If when returning a product it is lost or damaged in transit, it is the shipping companies responsiblity. (NOTE: Some select products on our website, due to their nature, are listed on their web page as non refundable, non returnable. Those products are therefore not returnable.)
Please keep all boxes, parts, instructions, warranty cards, and such until you have checked your order for fit and damage and until the item has been successfully installed. THE RETURNED PRODUCT MUST BE IN RESALEABLE CONDITION, with it's original box intact with all parts and instructions, warranty cards, and such included. Spider Performance Automotive does not allow the return or refund of any product after it has been installed, or if it is dirty, damaged, painted, modified in any way or in a condition where the parts can not be resold as a new item.
2. BACKORDERS: We make every effort to have all products available for quick delivery, but on occasion an item may be backordered. If there is a backorder on a product, we will contact the customer by email to tell the customer of the backorder situation and provide service otpions at that time.
3. CANCELED ORDERS: Orders may be canceled only if they have not been shipped. There will be a 10% deduction from the total product refund of the order for processing the cancelation.
4. ALL PRICES LISTED on our website are subject to change at any time. Spider Performance Automotive reserves the right to change any part of the website at any time, for any reason.
5. IF YOU HAVE A PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, please call or email us within 24 hours to let us know of this problem. Note that with your shipment invoice papers there is information regarding this problem and how to handle it. The customer must contact the freight carrier to notify them of the problem as well. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Be sure to keep your box and all related items.
6. The act of ordering from the Spider Performance Automotive website constitutes the customers agreement to and knowledge of all store policies, conditions and ordering information listed above and below.
7. LEGALITY OF PRODUCTS: Many of our products are designed for show car use or off road racing use only and are not street legal. Spider Performance Automotive is not responsible in any way what so ever for the Federal, State or local legality of products. It is up to the customer to know the Federal, State or local motor vehicle laws.
8. SPIDER PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE is not responsible in any way what so ever for incorrectly installed products or products that are not used in the correct, intended manner. Correct installation and use of the product is the sole responsibility of the customer. It is up to the customer and the product installer to check the product for suitability to the application before attempting installation.
9. PRIVACY POLICY: Spider Performance Automotive does not sell or loan any customer information. We do not advertise by Email.
10. WARRANTIES: Most of our products carry the manufacturers warranties. Some manufacturers state that they want the customer to deal directly with them on warranty claimes while other manufacturers will work with Spider Performance Automotive to cure warranty claims. All warranties are offered by the manufacture only and covers only what the manufacture offers in their warranties. Warranties do not cover products that have been damaged by the customer or the installer, or any other party, or by improper installation. Labor charges or inconvenience charges of any kind what so ever are not allowed and there is no refund or compensation allowed for them.
11. Spider Performance Automotive's liability for losses or damage arising out of any cause what so ever is limited to refund of the purchase price (no shipping refunds allowed) or replacement of the ordered product. Spider Performance Automotive will not be held liable for any consequential or incidental damage of any kind what so ever. spider Performance Automotive will not be liable for any illegal use of any product, in any way, what so ever.
12. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information and applications contained in this website, Spider Performance Automotive cannot guarantee complete accuracy and is not held responsible for any inaccuracy of any kind.
