  MSD 8217 coil wire retainer. Fits the MSD 8202 coil shown above. The MSD 8217 coil wire retainer holds the boot securely in the coil. The lower portion of the retainer snaps around the body of the coil under the flange and is held in place with a nylon tie wrap. With this combination the coil wire cannot vibrate loose during severe racing conditions. The MSD 8217 coil wire retainer fits most of the MSD Blaster coils (except the Blaster 3 coil) and fits most aftermarket canister type coils as well. (Coil not included.) |
