ORDER INFORMATION: All orders to Canada will be shipped via U.P.S. We do not use postal when shipping as the postal shipments come up missing to often. Before shipping your order, we will be contacting you to verify the order and to let you know the cost of the shipping charges involved. NOTE: THE SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT SHOW UP ON YOUR ONLINE ORDER FORM. (Only the standard $12.95 U.S. charge will show on the online form). ANY ENTRY DUTIES OR TAXES WILL NOT SHOW UP ON YOUR ONLINE ORDER FORM. DUTIES and TAXES: All orders shipped to Canada will be subject to that countries specific import taxes and duties. Please note that we have no control over these tariffs and cannot predict what they will be. After your countries customs officials process the shippment, U.P.S. will deliver the shipment and charge the customer for any import duties or taxes upon delivery. RETURNS: Returns are allowed for a period of 30 days from the invoice date. Shipping charges either direction and import/export duties and taxes in either direction are not refundable and are the responsiblity of the customer. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If a defective part is encountered, the customer will pay all shipping costs both directions, export duties and taxes into the U.S. and all import duties and taxes back into your country for the warranted item and it's replacement.
