All orders to Canada will be shipped via U.P.S. We do not use postal when shipping to Canada as the postal shipments come up missing to often. Before shipping your order, we will be contacting you to verify the order and to let you know the cost of the shipping charges involved. NOTE: The shipping charges will not show up on your online order form. Any entry duties and taxes will not show up on your online order form. DUTIES and TAXES: All orders shipped to Canada will be subject to Canadas specific import taxes and duties. We have no control over these tariffs and cannot predict what they will be. After the Canadian customs processes the shippment, U.P.S. will deliver the shipment and charge the customer for any import duties or taxes upon delivery. RETURNS: Returns are allowed for a period of 30 days from the invoice date. Shipping charges either direction and import/export duties and taxes in either direction are not refundable. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If a defective part is encountered, the customer will pay all export duties and taxes into the U.S. and all import duties and taxes back into Canada for the warranted item and it's replacement. No refunds are allowed on defective merchandise, only a replacement of the defective product. GENERAL INFORMATION: Please feel free to contact us by phone to place your order. Order delivery time will average 5-12 days in most cases. We cannot tell you the exact delivery time due to Canadas customs process. NOTE: In some instances there may be appearance and mechanical differences and highway legality differences between American and Canadian vehicles.
